I used to work at the public library in a branch in Memphis. Not only did wehave a book on dog training that was chewed up, we had a title about "How to get control of your time and your life" that was ALWAYS late, and a book on agoraphobia that a lady had reserved. I called her and called her but she never came to pick it up!
