Charge replacement of book.  Discard it out of your system.  Order a new
copy if it is a book title that meets the requirements of your library.

Mold in any amount on the book, or down the spine is a BIOHAZARD.  Place the
book in a sealed container (marked biohazard) and have your janitor dispose
of it.  So those allergic to mold or have severe asthma, this posses a
health risk.
