LM_NET: Library Media Networking

Hi Friends... I work in a combination high school and public library.  We
would like to digitize videos to broadcast them through the computers to
the classrooms.  Even though the videos have public performance rights, I
understand that by changing the format of an item, we are violating
copyright law.  Is this true?
