Hi there - We are beginning negotiating and I wonder if anyone out there has an answer to this question: Does anyone have a math formula that will increase the salary schedule so that the pay raise for teachers on max(who receive no increment) is somewhat equal to the raise for the rest of the teachers who do receive an increment(when they mo0ve up to the next step).
