Hello, I am currently working on my MLS degree. The university where I am enrolled does not have an ALA accredited program. Is it really important to obtain your degree from an ALA accredited MLS program? Is this something employers ask about or look for when you apply for a librarian position. I just wanted to know peoples thoughts about it. Thanks, Sheila Curley Library Aide/College Student Salem Upper Elementary Salem, MO 65560 sjc13500@cmsu2.cmsu.edu ------------------------------------------------- This mail sent through MuleMail: http://mulemail.cmsu.edu/ =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-= All postings to LM_NET are protected under copyright law.
