I have goosebumps books that have lasted through 3 datedue slips...I think some of them last a good long time, especially for the money...and I get them from book fairs, too, though I also buy them. It doesn't make sense to me to pay $25-$20 for a hardback book in a series that may be of interest for only 5-10 years, at most. We do have a lot of goosebumps in hardback; they are worth it...but some of the others just are not.
