I agree... I don't have a problem paying for a quality service. However, =
the State of Georgia in all its wisdom has decided to cut school library =
budgets in half. They say it is temporary and I hope it is but in the mean =
time I barely have enough money to buy the periodicals and books I need. =
It is a simple matter of economics.=20
