What are some options one would consider for creating MARC 21 records =
in-house if a vendor does not have them? This is original cataloging or =
copy cataloging during conversion. What methods would you use to do =
original cataloging other than just locating all the information in a =
book and manually entering it as a MARC record in a database?
Any suggestions will be appreciated. I am trying to get as much info as =
possible for a paper I am writing for my info science course in library =
automation.
