I also believe that adminstrators, if they are good administrators, will
take the time to learn, read about, and understand the role of the
library in the school.  This could take the form of reading articles,
talking to the LMS, or visiting the library.  I think understanding is a
two-way street, and it is unrealistic to assume the LMS has to assume
all the responsibility for educating the administration.
