Isn’t life strange?  Off-list, there’s been discussion of the subject of
cuts to school library staff (NCLB mandate related)- which indicates that
some perfectly good LMS are being discarded, and they’re not even out of
date! *And* it’s not even being done quietly or discretely.  Is there a
public outcry over that waste?
