OK. I have to chime in on the pet peeve discussion. Frankly, my pet = peeve is people replying to the list when they are answering an = individual's questions. Isn't the idea that we are to reply to the = individual who then posts a hit of all our wonderful ideas and = contributions??? Sometimes I read the same reply on the list and then = again in the hit. Fortunately, most people seem to understand this concept. When I have = posted a target, most people have replied only to me and then I have = posted the hit a couple of days later. But there are always the same few = people who seem to post to the list. Is this a trust issue? Is it that = they don't think a hit will be posted? It sure would help the volume of = messages on the list if we would follow this guideline which has been = reiterated by Peter countless times.=20 My 2 cents!
