Without knowing the specifics of their schedule, I'd suggest one
improvement: Make this 15 minutes per week a rotating schedule, so that
no one class gives up 6% of the weekly instruction time every week. 15
minutes per week doesn't sound like much, but over an 18-week semester
that means 4.5 hours - more than a week of instruction time!
