We have received our annual invoice for tech support renewal from Follett. We have had the system for two years and once we were installed and rolling have not used technical services. I once felt that renewing assures us of getting the update at no cost, but no updates have come since we started using it. The nearly $500 a year is quite a bit for no service on my meager budget. Is there a reason we should continue to pay for technical services? Thanks for your input.
