In a somewhat academic sense, I wonder when the feds will get involved. After all, who is the next biggest company to Follett in terms of library automation now? If things keep going, Follett will have cornered the market and that's not good for any of us. Seeing as how we JUST (today) finished our upgrade to InfoCenter, I wonder what this news means for us. Makes me a little nervous, I can tell you. I've been a victim of the current run of "Bank Merger Mania" as well and the customer service level is the first thing to go! -- Shannon D.
