I have just completed my second full year as an elementary library media specialist. Although I feel good about the job that I'm doing, there's one area where I definitely could use your advice. By the end of this past school year my consideration file, catalogs, requests for purchases, recommended book lists and such were in a large disorganized, overwhelming stack. I would like to start this year off having last year's stack purged and with a better plan for managing these things in the future. If you've ever struggled with this, what methods have you found to work for you? Thanks in advance, Lee Ann Marona Library Media Specialist Brentwood Elementary School 4820 N.
