I have just completed my second full year as an elementary library media
specialist. Although I feel good about the job that I'm doing, there's one area
where I definitely could use your advice.

By the end of this past school year my consideration file, catalogs,
requests for purchases, recommended book lists and such were in a large
disorganized, overwhelming stack. I would like to start this year off having last
year's
stack purged and with a better plan for managing these things in the future.
If you've ever struggled with this, what methods have you found to work for
you?

Thanks in advance,
