And that reminds me - how many of us are looking for students who 
_ought_ to become librarians? I know of two of my former students who 
have become school librarians, and my daughter's college job was in the 
library, although as a clerk. She is _thinking_ about getting library 
certification someday. Of course, she has to get her first job first!
