[LM_NET] TARGET: website disclaimers

Colleagues,
I would like to add a disclaimer to the bottom of my webpage that in effect says 
that there are links off
the school's website to other educational web resources and that parents should be 
responsible for
monitoring their students computer use or something like that. Also maybe a link to 
my email if
there are any concerns, comments or broken links.  Would anyone be willing to share 
what they have?
I did check the archives and there was a question on it back in 1998 but no HIT.
