I have Follett Cataloging Plus and I am having an issue with some records not
showing up. I downloaded my MARC records from the Follett site and thought they
were fine. I was checking some today and see that the records will come up by
barcode but not by any other field.
I tried to delete the records from my system and re-import to no avail. I also
tried deleting and getting the MARC records from other souces (ACCESS PA, LOC,
etc.). I get the same result every time.
My system tells me the record to imported but I have no way to retrieve it.
Does anyone have any advice about what to do? Thanks and have a great weekend!
