An excellent site for Dr. King's "I have a Dream" speech is ' American Rhetoric: 
Top 100 American Speeches...' The mp3 audio file of the speech is found here:

To find this I used the United States History section of the  Virtual Learning 
Resources Center ( http://www.virtuallrc.com ), a site I created and maintain.
I searched for the following : "I have a dream" audio .

There are numerous other important speeches on the site.
