Tom, I absolutely agree with you. That is why I have fully documented any unique 
organizational changes I have made. As far as subject heads go, I didn't mean to 
imply that I don't use the "correct" ones. I just use some of my own creations as 
well to make it easier for my students. The more descriptors, the better is my 
philosophy.
