[LM_NET] Hit: Help! How do I get rid of this?

Hello all:

 

I have not had time yet to email everyone, but wanted to send out a notice that the 
problem has been fixed.  My awesome trend micro got rid of all three trojan viruses 
and malwarebytes - a great site mentioned by one member - got rid of the program 
itself.  Keeping my fingers crossed that it is gone for good.  I will be emailing 
everyone who made suggestions by the end of the weekend!  Thanks again.
