Stuffed Pepper Soup
2 lbs. ground beef
28 oz. tomato sauce
28 oz. diced tomatoes
2 cups cooked rice
3-4 green peppers, chopped
2 beef bouillon cubes, low sodium
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 onion, chopped
1/4 t. cinnamon
1 clove garlic, minced
Brown beef with peppers, onion and garlic. Drain. Add remaining
ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30-40
min.
