Eighteen years ago I heard a speaker at Confratute at UConn who said, "We
don't have burn out; we have dream out." I think it is true. There are
days when our dreams of nailing our jobs get swept under the carpet.
However, thinking of it as "dream out" helps me refresh and forge ahead.
