Dear Kristen
If I were you, and I was once, I would KEEP all the services I offer the
students and then conduct an information needs audit with the staff
including the executive and admin, asking them which services they are
prepared to have cut because of the loss of your aide. That way, not only
does it give ownership of the loss of services to the staff, it makes them
aware of the range of things you provide and the need for an aide. Perhaps
one will also be reinstated.
