Thanks to all the folks that responded.  The general consensus was as I 
thought.  I'm going to keep the collection, only circulate the DVDs that 
are "legit" and seek permission from the copyright holders to hold the 
others as an archival collection.  Gee, I wish I had a student teacher 
this semester.
