TECH: Use policy

Our high school is attempting to come up with a policy for charging students
for using the consumables associated with computer use: paper, printer
cartridges, etc.  We already charge 10 cents per photocopy, but have not put a
charge on computer use, which is increasing everyday.  Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
