Follett catalog entries

Dear LM_NETTERS:

Now that I have the system down, I'm asking for more help.

Today while working on the catalog trying to clean up areas, my parent
helper and I were stumped why three books with the same call number and
information should show up in the subject category under two separate
lines.  One said only  civil war - fiction; the other said 2 Civil war
fiction.  These books were by the same author, and publisher, MOody, and
had virtually the same catalog entries when we printed them out to
check.  This is not the first time this has occurred and I'd like to
oknow what to do to correct it.
