TARGET: Non-Internet Publishers of Student Work

Since our classrooms aren't hooked up to the Net yet, I have a language
arts/reading teacher who would like to try and get some of her students'
works published.  I have a list of Internet sites, but she wants
non-Internet sites.  Can anyone help?  If there is interest, I will post
a hit list.  TIA
