I'd make a copy of the form for each of the child's teachers and tell them to honor the request. Parents, not schools, are responsible for the education of their children, and if the parents choose to handle certain portions of that themselves they are certainly free to do so. I suspect that after a couple weeks of daily phone calls the parents will either decide to withdraw the child from the public school or else tell the school to ignore the form. One other possible outcome might be that we, as a school, might discover just how much time is spent on these topics, and that we might decide that they don't deserve as much time as we are giving them. Just my opinion.
