I agree with Brig.

We've had a pretty stable system and I haven't had to call Tech support for
a few years. However a recent shutdown of our network resulted in a crazy
situation where we couldn't check out books. The tech person at
Winnebago/Sagebrush diagnosed the situation quickly but it may have shut us
down for days as we tried to convince the business office that we really
needed the permission to make the call and pay the $50.
